Η Γούβια είναι ένα πλήρως ανεπτυγμένο τουριστικό θέρετρο, το οποίο βρίσκεται στο πίσω μέρος ενός γραφικού κόλπου και είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες ή για όσους αισθάνονται ελπιδοφόρες μέρες χαλαρώνοντας στην παραλία, διασκέδαση και αξέχαστες νύχτες σε ένα από τα πολλά εστιατόρια, νυχτερινά κέντρα διασκέδασης.

Η Γούβια βρίσκεται μόλις 8 χιλιόμετρα μακριά από το διεθνές αεροδρόμιο της Κέρκυρας και ήταν ένα μικρό ψαροχώρι πριν από την ίδρυση της διάσημης μαρίνας, καθώς ο τόπος έχει μια ισχυρή ναυτική ιστορία που χρονολογείται από τότε ως βενετική ναυτική βάση.

Εκτός από τη Μαρίνα, τα Γουβιά προσφέρουν μια μεγάλη ποικιλία από ξενοδοχεία, διαμερίσματα, βίλες όλων των τύπων, εστιατόρια, ταβέρνες και μπαρ.

Η παραλία είναι βότσαλα και στεγάζει όλες τις κατηγορίες θαλάσσιων σπορ, ενοικιάσεις σκαφών και ημερήσιες εκδρομές στα βόρεια του νησιού.

Outstanding villa with amazing pool area!

Villa Senses is an outstanding villa located 1.5 miles from Gouvia beach. (Some of our party walked this in about 25 minutes - down hill going to the beach!) The villa is amazing with great views over to the sea and mountains. Everything is well maintained, super clean and very well equipped. There was a welcome bottle of wine and box of nibbles. We didn't have any electricity on arrival but after a quick phone call the owner arrived promptly and temporarily fixed the problem. (Boiler repair needed which happened later in the week). He and his wife are really efficient and very friendly and she even brought us a homemade cake midweek! The villa was thoroughly cleaned, bedding and pool towels changed twice in the week and also pool. Lovely cleaning lady called Lydia who was amazing. The pool area and cabana are exceptional - we spent hours outside as it is just like the photos! Overall we had a fantastic holiday, would highly recommend staying in this villa and would love to return.

Amazing vacations

We were a group of friends, who stayed at this villa for 4 days after an one week of sailing. It was the Best choice we could make! We found here a small piece of The Paradise. Comfortable House, pool, grill and rest area. Very good contact with rent company and an excellent owner, who even baked as a cake and prepared a welcome basket with wine and snacks. Thank You all very much :)

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa, we are already looking to come back next time ! And we had a beautiful cake made for us too!! The kids loved the pool and it was all so secure we really could relax !

definitely book the accommodation again

Wir (8 Pers., davon zwei Kinder) sind super begeistert von der Unterkunft. Es war alles wie beschrieben, toller Pool, toller Grill und viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, ob zum sonnen oder einfach nur zum entspannen. Wir werden die Unterkunft ganz sicher wieder buchen und darauf freuen wir uns jetzt schon. Unser Highlight war der selbstgebackene Kuchen von der Eigentümerin und die Glühwürmchen gegenüber vom Haus. Wir waren eine Woche dort und in der Zeit wurde die Unterkunft zwei Mal gereinigt und zusätzlich, an einem weiteren Tag, der Pool. Die Zimmer hatten genug Stauraum, waren ordentlich und reichen vollkommen aus. Auch die Küche war super eingerichtet (Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Sandwichmaker, Kaffemaschine...). Zusätzlich hatte jedes Fenster und jede Tür nach außen einen Fliegengitter, sodass Mücken o.ä. nicht leicht reinkamen. Die Lage ist ruhig +nicht weit entfernt vom Supermarkt, Flughafen oder Korfu-Stadt.Die Unterkunft ist wirklich nur zur empfehlen! <3(EN:We (8 people, two of whom were children) are really excited about the accommodation. Everything was as described, great pool, great grill and lots of different seating options, whether for sunbathing or just relaxing. We will definitely book the accommodation again and we are already looking forward to it. Our highlight was the homemade cake from the owner and the fireflies opposite the house. We were there for a week and during that time the accommodation was cleaned twice and on another day the pool was cleaned. The rooms had enough storage space, were tidy and completely sufficient. The kitchen was also very well equipped (microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine...). In addition, every window and every door facing outwards had a fly screen so that mosquitoes etc. couldn't easily get in. The location is quiet and not far from the supermarket, airport or Corfu town. The accommodation is really only recommended! )
